We were looking for our forever home (i.e. we were being very selective!) and our list of wants was BIG and virtually unattainable (location, price, acreage, home style, etc). However, Anna Powell of Anna Powell Real Estate (EXP) stuck by us for MONTHS while we poured through the listings, went to showings, made an offer that didn't stick, and fretted over what was really right for us. ALL of this in a super hot market! Until finally, it happened. Anna Powell is such a hard working, reliable, knowledgeable, and yet easy to work with person. Her contacts in the business are boundless and she was able to help us find resources for the entire home buying process (mortgage, insurance, contractor, pest control). She stayed up late for us, she worked through a family vacation for us, she handled tough conversations for us, and just generally made us feel that she was there for us throughout the whole home buying process. And I suppose you are only as great as the team around you. The Anna Powell Real Estate team was also amazing--another realtor took time for a Sunday morning showing when Anna wasn't available, the communication and documents were quick and reliable, and we were presented with the sweetest gift basket at closing.
